AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

Prices are in US Dollars

For reasons outside our control (weather, item out of season, supplier delays, etc) some of our products may not be available all the time. In such a case Cancun Flower Shop will select a type of flower similar in color and/or shape of same or higher price in order to meet or exceed our customers' expectations.

THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Orders placed before 6pm local time will be scheduled for delivery the next day. Orders placed after 6pm local time will be processed the next day and delivered the following day. The delivery schedule: Monday through Saturday 11 am to 7 pm. Sundays through the day. For deliveries on Saturday and Sunday, please place your order by Friday 2pm.

SAME DAY DELIVERIES

If you want your order delivered the same day please contact us to check availability and schedule.

DELIVERY POLICIES

The customer must provide all the necessary information for the delivery. Cancun Flower Shop can not be held responsible for missing or wrong information. Customer must provide at least one recipient's local phone number.

Delivery fees cover one delivery attempt. If for reasons outside of our control the delivery can not be made (recipient was not at home, information was incomplete or wrong, etc.) customer will have to cover a second delivery fee or the recipient will have to pick up the item at our offices.

If the recipient is not at the delivery location we will ask a person at the location to receive and sign for the delivery.

If the delivery is at a hotel., we will deliver to concierge, front desk, security office, etc (depending on the hotel's policies). Customer must provide either the room number or name of the person registered if different from recipient.

If the delivery is to a workplace, customer must provide recipient's title, work area, extension number, etc.

FLOWER ARRANGEMENT, GIFT, BALLOON SPECIFICATIONS

The items delivered may vary slightly from those pictured in our online store depending on availability of flower, vases, ribbons, etc.

SUBSTITUTION POLICIES

Flower availability depends on several factors like seasonal flower production, weather conditions, freight delays, etc. and for that reason sometimes substitutions are necessary to make sure your order is delivered. We will always substitute the item for one of equal or greater value.

For arrangements of different flowers, we will make our best effort to use the colors shown, if substitution is unavoidable we will use flowers of equal or greater value.

For flower arrangements of only one flower type, such as all roses, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with a similar color.

If the container pictured online is not available, a container of equal or greater value will be used.

Cacellations

Cancellations will not be accepted after an arrangement has been made. Flowers are perishable goods and can't be resold. You can only cancel with at least 24 hour notice.
